We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team and oversee daily operators, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain a positive dining experience for our guests. Restaurant managers are required to work 5 full working days (12 - 13 hour shifts), Weekends required. For the first month of opening, you may be required to work 6 full working days as we maintain committed to delivering excellent customer experience.

Shift:

• 10 hour shift

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction.

• Manage, lead, and grow a team of employees, providing guidance and support.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.

• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.

• Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and standards.

• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to create and update menu offerings.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members.

• Be hands-on in all areas of operation, filling in for areas that are short.

• Fill in various positions during non-peak hours as requested

• Previous experience in food service management or a related role.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

• Knowledge of kitchen management techniques and food preparation processes.

• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Familiarity with shift management and scheduling practices.

• Understanding of the food industry regulations and compliance standards.

• Assistant manager or supervisory experience is preferred.

• Degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
